Context:
Our students would like to invite you to our table as the lead experts in our local districts for our systems. We have been running a District-C inspired program this year during our Advisory periods where students examine their experiences in school and possible ways of "hacking" them to reflect a more meaningful experience. You wonderful folk were chosen as our lead experts with institutional and archival knowledge of how our systems (transportation, recruitment, and academics) work. The students are hoping to ask you all a few questions about the processes so they may better understand how decisions come about with regards to their topics. This is only a casual information gathering session with no strings attached but it would be more meaningful with your expertise at the table.
Format:
Students will lead us through their questions they were unable to answer through research in attempts to gain deeper understanding of how decisions are made in our district. We are hoping this will lead to informative dialogue. This should take no more than 45-60 minutes of your time.
Gratitude:
We know your time is so very valuable. It would mean the world to us to be able to tap into your expertise but we are completely understanding if this ask is too great or inconveniently timed for you.
